HOW TO RIDE

How does it work?

Step 1

Find a vehicle nearby

Use the map in the app to locate your closest Plum e-bike or e-scooter. You can also reserve a vehicle 30 minutes in advance.

Step 2

Unlock the vehicle

To unlock the vehicle, either scan the QR code with your app or manually enter the vehicle code located beneath the QR code and tap on 'Start ride'.

E-bike: To get moving, simply pedal and go. You will be able to feel the added boost while you pedal.
E-scooter: Place one foot on the baseboard and use your other foot to push off against the ground. Hit the throttle to accelerate.

Step 3

Enjoy your ride

When you're riding past traffic, be sure to follow all traffic signs and laws. Please ride safely and be mindful of where you park. Make sure you're wearing a helmet.

Step 4

Park responsibly

Park the vehicle safely and out of the way of pedestrians or other vehicles. Lock the vehicle by tapping on 'End ride' on the app.
